Experience (or EXP) is an in-game mechanic that increases a Striker's Max Stagger and unlocks their Special Ability at level 2. All Strikers begin matches at level 1, with actions granting Experience towards leveling up. Experience gained during a set determines the selection order of Awakenings in-between sets in Normals and Competitive, and the Striker with the highest EXP at the end of the match is awarded Most Valuable Player (MVP).

All Strikers will passively gain 2 experience per second only when the Core is active .

Levels
150 EXP is required to go from level 1 to level 2. All other levels require 350 EXP instead. The maximum level is level 10 or Ω, as displayed in-game.
